If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with a purchase We invite You to review our policy on refunds and returns.
The following terms are applicable for any products that You purchased with Us.
Interpretation and Definitions
Interpretation
The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

For the purposes of this Return and Refund Policy:
- Company (referred to as either “the Company”, “We”, “Us” or “Our” in this Agreement) refers to Ellure Cosmetics Trading LLC, P.O.Box: 237951, Office 222, 2nd Floor, Shaikha Mhaara Al Qusais, Al Twar-2, Dubai.
- Goods refer to the items offered for sale on the Service.
- Orders mean a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.
- Service refers to the Website.
- Website refers to myellure, accessible from https://myellure.com
- You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.
Ellure offers delivery service to the United Arab Emirates only for the time being. All GCC delivery will kick-start soon!
Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Umm Al Quwain and Fujairah.
- Payment Options
COD (Cash On Delivery) : Available in GCC (One of our customer service agents will confirm upon your order and will dispatch the items accordingly)
Credit Card or Debit Card usage: Available in all Emirates upon delivery.
For Cash On Delivery (COD), we will dispatch the order only after you receive a confirmation call from us. Please review your mobile number upon checkout when you place an order so you don’t face any delay in getting you your desired Ellure Korean beauty products.
Online Card Payments will be activated soon. Please bear with us for the time being. You can pay with your cards when our courier delivers you your desired product.
- Delivery Charge
It will be calculated when you check out. For COD orders, an additional handling charge will be added. - Operation Time
Saturday ~ Thursday: 10am to 6pm (UAE Time)
Ellure offices will be closed on Fridays & Public Holidays
Delivery
UAE: Next day delivery for orders until 12pm. / 1to 3 business days approx. for some category of items and orders over the weekend/ public holidays.

- Missed Delivery
If there is a chance you will not be home to receive your order, contact our Customer Care +971 50 123 4567 (WhatsApp) to reschedule delivery. If you have already missed the delivery appointment, an agent from our delivery partner will contact you either by email or mobile sms to inform you of the missed delivery and will set a new time for follow-up delivery.
Return or Exchange
- Check your order number and decide what you want to return.
- Contact us within 3 Days and let us know above.
- We’ll send you a courier to pick it up.
- Once it is arrived to us, we’ll send you the new one you wanted to have.
- For return & exchange, Product should be in Original Condition and not opened.
- All Courier charges to be paid by customer.
Return/ Refund Policy
- Check your order number and decide what you want to return.
- Contact us within 3 Days and let us know above.
- We’ll send you a courier to pick it up.
- Once it is arrived to us, we’ll refund it to you with various possible ways, depending on your choice as discount voucher, or refund.
- For return & refund, the original item shall be remained as new.
- All Courier charges to be paid by customer.
Your Order Cancellation Rights
You are entitled to cancel Your Order within 14 days without giving any reason for doing so.
The deadline for cancelling an Order is 14 days from the date on which You received the Goods or on which a third party you have appointed, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the product delivered.
In order to exercise Your right of cancellation, You must inform Us of your decision by means of a clear statement. You can inform us of your decision by:

We will reimburse You no later than 14 days from the day on which We receive the returned Goods. We will use the same means of payment as You used for the Order, and You will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.
Conditions for Returns
In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
- The Goods were purchased in the last 14 days
- The Goods are in the original packaging
The following Goods cannot be returned:
- The supply of Goods made to Your specifications or clearly personalized.
- The supply of Goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.
- The supply of Goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
- The supply of Goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.
We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.
Only regular priced Goods may be refunded. Unfortunately, Goods on sale cannot be refunded. This exclusion may not apply to You if it is not permitted by applicable law.
